Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all transactions carried out on the website www.barberfuel.com. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions occur in this presentation, Barber Fuel cannot be held liable.

Article 4 – Prices

Product prices are indicated in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), including the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Barber Fuel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but agrees to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.

Article 5 – Orders

Order validation implies acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email summarizing the order will be sent to the customer. Barber Fuel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer involved in a payment dispute related to a previous order.

Article 6 – Payment

Payments for orders are made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or through secure payment services such as PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are secured using encryption protocols compliant with current standards.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Barber Fuel commits to shipping orders within 6 to 10 business days, subject to product availability. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) to allow them to be resold as new. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 9 – Warranties

All products provided by Barber Fuel come with the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant delivered products.

Article 10 – Liability

Barber Fuel cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of stock shortages or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strikes, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

Article 11 – Personal Data

The information collected by Barber Fuel when a customer places an order is necessary for transaction management and may be partially or fully shared with Barber Fuel's service providers involved in order fulfillment.
