Return Policy – Barber Fuel

At Barber Fuel, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established a return policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience.

Please carefully read the conditions and procedures below to process a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Dated Photos Required:

  • You must provide a dated photo of the product (unopened or unused) taken on the day of receipt.
  • You must also provide a photo of the product after use, clearly showing its condition.

Photos of Results:

  • Attach a photo of your face before using the product.
  • Provide a photo of your face after using the product, showing the results achieved or any concerns.

Deadlines:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Product Condition:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
  • No return will be accepted if the product is empty or significantly used (more than 50% of its content consumed).

Return Procedure

Contact our Customer Service:

  • Send an email to support@barberfuel.com with the subject line: Return Request - [Order Number].
  • Attach all necessary photos (see conditions above) along with a detailed description of your return request.

Review of Your Request:

  • Once the information is received, our team will review your case within 5 business days.
  • If your request is approved, we will send you an email containing the return address and a form to include in your package.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
  • Ensure the product is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Processing:

  • Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process a refund or an exchange, depending on your preference, within 7 business days.
